Before we began using Tuition Management Systems (TMS) for our monthly payment plans, we ran all plans internally. There was little structure to the internal plans, and they were very time consuming. With the TMS payment plans, families pay their bills in a timely fashion every month, and our cash flow has greatly improved. We also really like the reporting tools that are available. They allow us to stay connected to what is happening with the payment plans, and they are very easy to navigate. Our questions are responded to promptly, and our families appreciate the support they receive from the TMS call center.
